In-person or virtual meetings, to accommodate your ministry life.

Supervision Sessions

What to expect …

Pastoral Supervision is not a chain-of-command matter. The Supervisor is not your boss or the expert on your ministry. You are.

Pastoral Supervision is a process of deliberate reflection on your ministry, seeking to offer a safe space to speak freely about the demands that your context and working relationships may hold. It is an opportunity to help you consider things in ways you may not naturally do on your own. The aim is always to see your ministry remain healthy and your people served best.

Regular Sessions

Pastoral Supervision sessions run for a maximum of 60 minutes. These sessions may be in person in Paddington, NSW or online. Regular and frequent sessions are highly recommended, usually once per month, though this can be adjusted to accommodate the demands of each minister’s life and context.

Before regular sessions commence, each new potential client can have a free 15 minute phone consultation to see if Amy is the right supervisor for you. Finding someone you feel comfortable with is very important!
